How much does it cost to set up a gift list?

Absolutely nothing! That's right, you can set up a gift list with us for free. No strings attached.

I never received a confirmation email. What should I do?

The first thing to do is check your spam filter. Sometimes our messages get flagged as spam by over-zealous spam filters.

The second thing to do, if you've checked and still can't find it, is to contact us and give us the email address you signed up from. We will activate your account for you.

Please note: unconfirmed accounts will be deleted 24 hours after they were created! So if you email us after this time, we will not be able to confirm your account because there won't be an account to confirm! Instead, please sign up again and contact us immediately afterwards.

Do I have to be online to use the gift list?

Unfortunately, one of the downsides of having a gift list website is that you must have access to the internet in order to use it! We suggest asking someone who does not have access to the internet to liaise with someone who does. You can give them a printed copy of the gift list by using the "Printable Version" of the gift list page.

What if I can't find a gift I've 'purchased'?

Don't worry - it happens! If someone has specified a particular gift on their list which you have then purchased, but have been unable to find the actual item in the shops - it's easy to remedy. You can remove gifts you have purchased. Just log in to the gift list like you did before, and then click on the 'Purchases' tab.

If you then enter the email address and password you entered when you purchased the gift, you will be taken to a page where you can delete any gifts you purchased.
